The villas are part of the Nirwana Gardens complex; guests are free to use the facilities at any of the complex's resorts, which are within easy walking distance of each other.
Tariffs
Rates shown are typical standard rates; exact rate may vary depending upon resort demand and seasonal dates (public/school holidays, special events) and will be reconfirmed before a requested reservation is processed.
Rates include: buffet breakfast; two-way transfer between Bintan Island (Bandar Bentan Telani) Ferry Terminal and Indra Maya Villas; electric buggy for use around the Nirwana Gardens complex; Villa host service.

- Rates in Singapore Dollars (S$) and subject to (depicted by ++) additional 10% service charge and additional prevailing (currently 11%) Government tax.
- Credit card payments are charged in Rupiah as per Indonesian banking requirements; your credit card will show the amount in your home currency at the exchange rate used by your card issuer.
- Rates valid until Friday 21 December 2012 night (inclusive), but subject to change without prior notice.
Pricing for festive season Saturday 22 December 2012 - January 2013 available on request.
- Check-in time 15:00 hours, check-out time 12:00 hours (both Bintan time).
- Due to high demand for Indra Maya Villas, pre-payment of full stay amount is required upon booking confirmation in order to secure the accommodation; this pre-payment is refundable, subject to the below Cancellation policy˜.
- ˜ Cancellation policy: If cancellation made less than 21 days prior to arrival date, no refund of pre-payment of full stay amount (also applies to No Show or shortened stay).
